Roads to Excellence provides the following services.

• Executive coaching and Business coaching - one-to-one coaching programes is a unique partnership which enables people to powerfully identify what their life’s vision and goals’ are and then work towards achieving them.
• Team coaching - Facilitating and developing leadership teams to optimise their effectiveness and performance in delivering on critical business strategies and goals. Providing an independent person to moderate a group session, where all parties wish to achieve a positive outcome
• Coaching clinic™ (Leaders as coach) – Developing leaders using a proven coaching process and teaching skills that enable them to significantly improve the performance of their people.

Coaching Programs

The specific programs we offer are:

• Leadership Excellence Coaching Program (LECoP)  is a confidential, one-on-one executive development (from 3 to 12 months) program designed to embed and energize essential leadership attitudes and skills for ensuring that key executives keep producing at their full potential and beyond.
  
• Business Excellence Coaching Program (BECoP) is a confidential one-on-one personal and professional development (from 3 to 6 months) program focused on the success of the business. Coach working with small businesses will support the management, expand and stretch their horizons, and provide an independent, confidential sounding board.
• Team Excellence Coaching Program (TECoP) develops teams for greater productivity through improving communication, understanding and collaboration. Coach helps move teams beyond their self-imposed limits. The program is customized to meet the needs and desired outcomes of each organization.
  
• Coaching clinic^® (Leaders as coach) is a two-day seminar where executives, managers, HR professionals and leaders learn crucial coaching skills and competencies. Individuals gain an in-depth understanding of the coaching process.
