Vladimir Tuka - Executive Leadership Coach
I work with executives, managers and their teams to produce important leaps in personal and organizational performance,
to allow them to reach their full potential, and to lead them towards their Excellence.
How I became a coach. I have over 15 years of corporate and business experience. From that, I gained a deep understanding that Excellence means that you do well even when you can't control everything around you. It means being able to work with what's given to you in a way that keeps you focused, engaged, spirited, and genuine about who you are and what you're trying to accomplish. Excellence means that even when circumstances aren't the best you have the key to success - in business and in life.
It is not always easy, but it is doable. And it can be for you, too - if you're willing to work for it, that is, because it won't just happen by itself.
I base this on the premise that each of us is unique — with our own particular needs, experience, aspirations and goals. This is true for both individuals and organizations.

Start Up to Break Even in Three Years.
I have many years of executive experience and a strong business backgrounds. I succeeded in developing a small company from start up to break even in three years, as well as in successfully leading the transformation of the sales management structure of one of the leading insurance companies in Czech Republic. From that experience I draw my knowledge and inspiration for my clients.

To provide my clients with the best services possible based on the globally recognized standard level I have learned coaching from the top world coaches and world leading coaching training institutions – Coach U and Results Coaching Systems.
- PhD in Law degree in Kiev University,
- Graduate of top prestige French ECOLE NATIONAL D´ADMINISTRATION
- Over 25 years experience,
over 10 years working in administration (diplomacy), and
more than 15 years in both small business (Business Owner/Entrepreneur ) and corporate world, incl. 9 years business experience in executive sales and marketing.
- Trained through the world leading coaching training and educational institutions:
> Coach U and Corporate Coach U;
> Results Coaching Systems;
- Licensed Coaching Clinic facilitator of Corporate Coach U and Essential Conversations for Development Others of Corporate Coach
- Spent more than 8 months in New Zealand improving my skills in the art and science of coaching alongside the experienced New Zealand and Australian coaches and providing coaching services to local clients;
- A member of the International Coach Federation
Personal Passions and Hobbies
I grew up in the hilly country and was always very close to the nature and in constant motion. From that time onwards I have enjoyed walking in forests, in mountains and doing different sports. I actively play squash, football, I love skiing and snowboarding. And recently during my stay in New Zealand I have found another passion: golf.
As a child I played the accordion, clarinet, and saxophone. This determined my very warm relationship to music. I am a member of the supervisory board of the Talich’s chamber orchestra.
